The Throughcycle Rubber UTE Mat is a heavy-duty tray protection solution designed for Australian UTEs used in trade, transport, and fleet applications. Manufactured in Western Australia from 100% recycled tyres, it delivers high-density, ultra-tough performance for everyday work environments.

Available in 5mm and 10mm thickness options, each mat measures 1.2m x 1.8m, covering 2.16m² of tray area. The dense rubber construction is hard-wearing and durable, helping protect cargo while reducing movement, vibration, and noise during transport.

The flat rubber surface provides an effective anti-slip base through weight and friction, helping keep tools, equipment, and materials stable during loading, transport, and unloading. At the same time, the mat protects UTE trays from damage, scratches, and impact wear caused by shifting loads.

Each mat is supplied individually and can be easily shape-cut using a sharp utility knife to suit different tray profiles, wheel arches, or custom setups. Two mats will perfectly fit most standard alloy ute trays, providing full coverage where needed.

5mm: Suitable for general ute tray protection and everyday use. Ideal for lighter loads, tools, and materials where basic impact protection, grip, and noise reduction are required while keeping handling weight lower.

10mm: Designed for heavier loads, increased vibration dampening, and higher impact protection. Best suited to frequent loading, machinery, pallets, and demanding work conditions where maximum durability and tray protection are needed.
